[ 30 minutes is enough time for Mafuyu to get home too, because she's hardly ever home. She leaves the front door open so her dog can have free rein of the front yard and be Yukine's greeter, while she digs around her room for tubes of glitter she knows she has lying around somewhere, mostly silvers, golds, and reds. She grabs all three just to be safe, and also her cat, because Yukine would probably like to say hi to Creamsicle. ]
( the reality of the situation is that yukine gets there about when he says he would, but he immediately get distracted by the dog that comes rushing towards him in excitement. the plans of destruction temporarily have to go on hold while he lovingly rubs the dog's ears.
[ Yeah, she doesn't believe that for a second. She can hear everything that's going on outside and guesses what happened when Chicken Nugget's excited barking quiets to happy little whines. Backpack stocked, she runs out to door to the both of them, plops her cat on Yukine's head and sits on her dog's back. ]
[ But she also hugs her dog around the back, because she loves her pets too. Chicken Nugget stands up with Mafuyu still clinging onto his back and nudges Yukine towards the gate. They can all go! To wherever they're going! His waggy tail hopes it's the park. ]
( obviously there's only one solution to this. using his spare hand, he reaches out to pet mafuyu's hair as if she too were a pet while they shuffle towards the gate.
[ This is really stupid, so it's fine that it looks that way, a little entourage surrounding Yukine as they leave the house, although Mafuyu has the presence of mind to get on her feet after a while because going by dog is pretty bumpy.
Creamsicle is the one who leads the way, balanced on top of walls and fences as they go down the street. She's apparently equated the Subway with food, seeing as last month was party month for Mafuyu and her team. ]
( he kind of feels like a badass with this entourage joining him as they walk down the street. is this what it's like to be in the mafia? he'd like to hope so. )
[ That's what it's like, with a guard dog and cat and purposeful strides down the city streets as if she owned the place. She's never thought much of it, the fact that this is her own— her turf— nor that it might be "cool" doing anything with her, when most people just look sort of exasperated or defeated whenever she (usually literally) drags them around to do something together. ]

[ Heck yeah heck yeah, the subway's become one of her favorite places to hang out in, even though it's gone back to being completely deserted again instead of filled with exhausted faces— exhausted, frustrated, at their wit's end sometimes, but always happy to see her. Even though August is over, she'll make this place hers, and for those she likes. Housewarming's got to start with a fresh coat of paint. ]
