[aside from their brief conversation on retrospec, Anya knows that she's been MIA. it's different to appear in more fashion magazines and to have your voice play on the radio during interviews than it is to see your friends in person. to be able to hang out with them, bake with them, just exist around them.

[ It turns out that you get more than one phone call when they toss you in jail, so Yato will fully abuse that power. He's probably meant to be calling lawyers, bondsmen, and all those good people, but he doesn't count on needing any of them. Instead, he'll call Yukine.
Yukine might be mad at him or not (Yato is getting pretty good at letting Yukine's moods roll off him like water off a duck's back nowadays) but Yato rings him up anyway. If he doesn't answer the first call, then he'll just keep calling. And calling. And calling...
