Carnelian->Ren: She thinks he's a really good kid! She's not entirely aware of the particularities of him being a Shinki--he explained it, but there's so much nothing like that where she's from that it hasn't really fully sunk in yet--but she really does believe he wants to do the best he can for the people he cares about and that's really endearing? She does worry about him and wants to steer him a little away from murder as problem solving, because funny as it is coming from someone with a bodycount in the hundreds, she thinks it's better to try and avoid killing people for shit that they can't control. Kill people for the shit they did consciously! Or mercy-kill them if you can't solve the mind control! Revenge on a puppet is about as meaningful as breaking the windows of the neighbor of the guy who wronged you.
But she only worries because she really likes him and wants to make sure he's okay! She doesn't know about any of the relationship ridiculousness and she needs to interact more with Yato and Hiyori but she wouldn't really judge him for it, just be like "Hey, calm down, breathe, it's gonna be okay."

Sek->Lion: IS PENDING, but in general Lion has reinforced a vague feeling that Sek already had--that being human, being 'normal', is useless and terrible. She sees Lion as basically a representation of the absolute worst about humanity, and tbh the whole thing with her shadow is just because she thinks it'll make Lion suffer. ♥
That said, while she hold grudges it's not impossible for the negative CR to become positive, even after what you're plotting currently. Sek respects strength and Lion is clearly pretty strong, so basically she'd only have to like, not prove Sek right about humans once and headway could be made.
