Carnelian/Ros is a magic user and still has mana, due to her starter being a spell and all. Until she gets certain skills back, I think it would probably take her a minute or two before she notices him on her own, but she can.
I FORGOT TO EDIT THIS EARLIER BUT! Carnelian has regained the Echo which basically means she's been blessed by Crystalmama.
