for months i really thought that i liked anya
i mean who wouldn't? she's smart and pretty and so nice
she was probably the first person to be nice to me
after i moved here too

it felt like a lot!

for a few stunned seconds, yukine doesn't know how to react as he watches his boyfriend freeze over. then he's immediately reaching forward, trying to rub his hands over the ice as if that'll be enough to make it melt. man, he could have sworn that he saw some steam earlier too, but he just thought it was his imagination.

he had almost forgotten that shouto even had superpowers in the first place! )

[No, that's Shouto losing some control over his own powers because he's not used to being this flustered. He doesn't have experience with this. Nobody should expect him to not catch on fire or freeze over when he's faced with his boyfriend being cute.]
